SmartCard Reader Options: While some computers or users may already own a smartcard reader, if you needs a reader here are the different readers we offer. Power LogOn Manager Benefits:
- Passwords are no longer stored on any computer that others can access. When the card is removed, so is the computer's access to your passwords.
- Power LogOn replaces weak passwords with strong ones such as "FO%39iL5Nc305,9Z/4>6d" without the user having to remember or type these passwords into the computer.
- The Power LogOn smartcard is PIN protected which thwarts unauthorized access. Three wrong PIN entries and the smartcard is locked and protected.
- Power LogOn Manager is easy to install and use. The software self-installs on a stand-alone computer. No additional computer or back-end server modifications required.
- Power LogOn cards can be used at any Windows-based computer (requires our software and a card reader).
- The secure backup file allows for fast and easy replacement of lost or stolen cards by authorized users only.
