Return Procedure:
Simply contact us at sales@access-smart.com and request an RMA. We will email you the RMA and you simply write it on the shipping box and return the product. We will inspect that everything was returned and upon approval will issue you a refund on the credit card used to make your purchase. You typically see the credit in about 7-days after we receive the product(s).
