Access Smart Return Policy

Access Smart Return Policy will refund, regardless of reason, the purchase price, minus any shipping and handling fees, of any Product up to 90-days after purchase price. The customer will contact Access Smart at 949-218-8754 or email us to receive an RMA authorization number.

Access Smart Return Policy will Replace, Credit or Refund the purchase price, minus any shipping and handling fees, of any Product that is within the standard warranty period and meted the Warranty Statement outline in Section I of this document. The customer will contact Access Smart at 949-218-8754 or email us to receive an RMA authorization number.

 

The Customer must comply with the following procedures in connection with any return of Product(s):

1.     Inform Access Smart Customer Service at 949-218-8754 or email us that Customer wishes to return Product(s). Any reason will be accepted, and any reason information given by the Customer will only be used for Quality Control purposes.

2.     Provide Access Smart Customer Service with the following:

a.         Customer’s name, address, phone number and email

b.         Product name

c.         OPTIONAL: The reason for the return (used only for quality control).

d.         The original Purchase Order number or date

e.     last four digits of Credit Card number used to charge the product.

3.     Access Smart will issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA).

4.     Return the Product(s) with the RMA number clearly marked on the box. All returned Product(s) shall then become the property of Access Smart and will not be returned back to customer. Any package returned to Access Smart without an RMA number may be refused and shipped back to the sender.

6.     Upon receipt and verification of purchase date of returned product with approved RMA number on box, Access Smart will issue a Product refund to the Customer’s credit card within ten (10) working days.
